Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a Human Resources partner at our Chicago headquarters to provide strategic and operational HR support across talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, organizational development, and HR program execution.

You will collaborate with leaders to coach managers, resolve complex employee relations matters, and support organizational design, change management, and talent reviews. Strong data skills and HRIS proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including employee relations and HR business partnership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO) and related compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR consultation and guidance aligned with business objectives.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Lead complex employee relations matters and partner with Legal and COE as needed.
• Support organizational design, change management, succession planning, talent reviews, and engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR partners to deliver integrated solutions and analyze workforce data to drive decisions.
