Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking an HR Intern for an 11-week program in Omaha, designed to expose graduates to consumer-packaged goods HR work.

You will support daily HR operations, rotate through corporate or manufacturing teams, and participate in the HR Development Program with 12-18 month assignments, including at least one rotation in a plant.

Relocation and housing are provided as needed; interns receive orientation, professional development, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a master's degree program (MHR, MBA or equivalent) with at least 1 semester remaining.
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management or a related area of study.
• Willing to relocate for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Assist the HR department in daily operations and partner with leadership on corporate or manufacturing HR teams.
• Support areas such as compensation, generalist, employee relations, talent acquisition and organizational development.
• Participate in the three-year HR Development Program with multi-rotation assignments.
