Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking an experienced HR partner to deliver strategic and operational HR support at our Chicago corporate headquarters. You will collaborate with leaders to drive business results through people strategies and employee engagement, covering talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, guide managers on employee relations and performance, and analyze workforce data to inform decisions while supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience including Employee Relations.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO and other laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR consultation and support aligned with business objectives.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance, and development.
• Resolve complex employee relations matters with Legal and COEs as needed.
• Support organizational design, change management, succession planning, and engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR partners to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and inform actions.
