Life-Science Innovations in Willmar, MN is seeking a full-time HR Systems Specialist to manage daily administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HRIS and timekeeping systems. You will support payroll, benefits, employee data, and report generation while ensuring data accuracy and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years in HR or related roles, a high school diploma or GED, and experience with HRIS systems (UKG Pro preferred) and MS Office. Pay is $24-$30/hr.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in Human Resources or an administrative role handling confidential information.
• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent combination of education, training, and experience considered.
• Experience with HRIS systems, payroll, and/or benefits administration preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HRIS administration, including employee data management and system maintenance.
• Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments and annual open enrollment.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy through audits, validation, reporting, and discrepancy resolution.
• Support payroll operations and processing as needed.
• Assist with HRIS system testing, updates, and process improvements.
• Support regulatory compliance reporting (ACA, Form 5500, OSHA).
• Generate and review HRIS reports and communicate findings to management.
• Maintain HRIS procedures and ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
