Life-Science Innovations, LLC, in Willmar, MN, is hiring a full-time HR Systems Specialist to manage HRIS and timekeeping systems, ensure data accuracy, and support payroll and benefits operations. Responsibilities include data management, testing, reporting, and compliance with HIPAA and privacy rules.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in HR or a confidential administrative role, with experience in HRIS, payroll, or benefits preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Experience handling confidential information in HR or admin roles.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HRIS administration, including data management, maintenance and setup.
• Assist with benefits enrollment, eligibility changes, and annual open enrollment.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy through audits and reporting; resolve discrepancies.
• Review benefit invoices and coordinate corrections with vendors and teams.
• Support payroll operations with employee updates and payroll processing help.
• Assist with HRIS testing, updates and process improvements affecting Payroll/Benefits.
• Support regulatory compliance reporting (ACA, Form 5500, OSHA).
• Generate and review HRIS reports for management.
• Maintain HRIS procedures and ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
