Job summary

Jobgether SRL in the United States is seeking a Staff Professional Services Operations Manager to scale a global PS organization. You will lead operational cadence, from forecasting to executive readouts, and partner with Finance, Sales, CS, Engineering, and Delivery to connect pipeline, capacity, and revenue.

The role blends strategic operations with hands-on process, systems, and automation work, including PSA platforms like Kantata, time-tracking, and CRM improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Professional Services Operations or Revenue Ops in tech/subscription business.
• Experience forecasting and planning connecting sales pipeline with delivery capacity, staffing, bookings, and revenue.
• Experience with resource management, utilization, project margins, delivery operations, PSA platforms, or go-to-market operations.
• Hands-on experience with Kantata or a comparable PSA platform.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into system workflows, data definitions, reporting requirements, and automation opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of revenue recognition processes and cross-functional finance collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Mature the PS operating cadence: forecasting, planning alignment, business reviews, executive readouts.
• Establish connected capacity, utilization, and staffing practices across billable and non-billable teams.
• Improve visibility into project economics: rate cards, fully loaded costs, burden rates, margins, budgets, utilization, revenue recognition.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, CS, Engineering, Solutions Architecture, and Delivery to improve PSA, time-tracking, CRM, and reporting systems.
• Define business requirements and lead process improvements, automation initiatives, and efficiency programs across PS and integrated services teams.
• Strengthen go-to-market alignment by tracking PS attach, enabling earlier deal involvement and renewal planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve service catalogs, pricing, SKU governance, and partner delivery models.
• Document processes and roles, develop self-service reporting to reduce dependency on PS leadership.
• Support broader services transformation and operating model integration where needed.
