Job summary

Jobgether SRL, a partner company, is seeking a Vice President of People based in the United States. This senior role shapes a broad, scalable people strategy and partners with the Chief People Officer and executive leadership to translate business priorities into effective programs across Total Rewards, HRIS/People Systems, Facilities, and Executive Administration.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of progressive People/HR leadership experience, incl. oversight of Total Rewards and HRIS/People Systems.
• Proven experience leading and developing People Business Partner teams.
• Strong knowledge of compensation strategy, benefits administration, HR technology, and workforce processes.
• Excellent executive communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the People Business Partner team across the organization.
• Own design, delivery, and evolution of Total Rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and recognition.
• Oversee People Systems/HRIS operations, reporting, and workforce analytics.
• Oversee Facilities operations across offices and Executive Administration.
• Partner with CPO and executives to translate business strategy into people priorities.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies across jurisdictions.
• Build scalable people programs across the US, Canada, Colombia, and Czech Republic.
• Use data and analytics to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
• Represent the People function with executive leadership and the Board when needed.
• Mentor and develop future People leaders and ensure leadership continuity.
