Job summary

Northern Quest is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to manage day-to-day HRIS operations at 100 N Hayford Rd, Airway Heights, WA. You will optimize, support, and secure HR information systems that impact payroll, reporting, and employee data integrity, under the HR Systems Manager.

Work with HR stakeholders and IT to configure modules, run testing, create documentation, and deliver training while ensuring governance, security, and regulatory compliance across platforms such as Dayforce HCM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, IT, or related field required.
• 3+ years of experience in systems administration with HR systems preferred.
• Experience consulting with stakeholders to identify business and process needs.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain HR system modules and user access.
• Configure and maintain HR systems per governance standards.
• Monitor data integrity and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with IT and vendors for integrations and defects.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and configuration records.
• Participate in testing, UAT, and change management.
• Create HR reports and analytics for leadership.
