Job summary

The Kalispel Tribe of Indians is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to manage Dayforce HRIS, ensure data integrity, and support payroll, reporting, and workforce management. You will collaborate with HR and IT to configure modules, manage user access, and drive system improvements.

Responsibilities include testing, change management, documentation, and audits to maintain regulatory compliance and strong internal controls. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of HRIS experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR systems experience and system administration.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, reporting, and data integrity.
• Familiarity with Dayforce HCM and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize HRIS modules and HR system areas.
• Configure, grant user access, and maintain governance standards.
• Monitor data integrity and system performance; troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate with vendors/IT for integrations and defects.
• Participate in testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
