Job summary

National Vision, Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator - Shared Services to handle daily SERVE cases, chats, and phone inquiries from our retail population. You will provide 1st level HR support, update knowledge articles, and collaborate on People Team projects.

With 1–2 years HR experience and familiarity with ServiceNow and UKG, you will help maintain smooth operations within Shared Services and support ongoing training and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years HR experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ticketing System experience (ServiceNow preferred) and HRIS (UKG) required.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily SERVE cases, chats, and phone calls for People Team questions.
• Provide first-level support via SERVE ticketing system for associates.
• Assist with testing new services and guide Tier 1 agents on processing.
• Update knowledge articles and support Shared Services projects.
• Collaborate with Tier 1 Lead and Shared Services Manager on initiatives.
