Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking an HR Shared Services specialist to support employees through phone, chat, and self-service channels. You will document case notes, open tickets for unresolved issues, and guide colleagues using HR tools and knowledge bases.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in HR Shared Services, experience with HR platforms like Workday, ServiceNow, Bswift, and Eightfold, and a degree in business or HR. This is a full-time on-site role in Sacramento, CA.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of HR Shared Services or HR work experience.
• Experience with HR tools such as Workday, ServiceNow, Bswift, Eightfold, etc.

Responsibilities

• Documents accurate case notes after calls or chats and opens tickets for unresolved issues.
• Uses FAQs, scripts, and HR knowledge to assist employees and find information in the HR portal.
• Assists employees with HR self-service tool transactions (onboarding, separations, benefits, performance, payroll, job postings).
• Answers basic inquiries for HR tools such as Workday, ServiceNow, Bswift, Eightfold, etc.
