Job summary

National Vision Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Shared Services Agent to provide timely 1st level support for our nationwide associates using the SERVE system. You will handle ticketing, chat, and phone inquiries with a helpful, calm demeanor and ensure cases are resolved efficiently.

You will collaborate with the Shared Services team to maintain knowledge articles, participate in projects, and test new services, supporting Tier 1 processes and promoting a positive experience for employees.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of Customer Service experience required.
• Experience with ticketing and HRIS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides 1st level support for all associates via SERVE ticketing system.
• Handles SERVE Chat and phone inquiries with urgency and accuracy.
• Keeps knowledge articles up to date and recommends changes.
• Collaborates with Tier 1 Agent Lead and Shared Services Manager on projects.
• Assists with testing new services and acts as backup for Shared Services.
