Job summary

Community Health Choice, Inc. seeks an HR Shared Services Specialist to deliver Tier 1 HR support via ServiceNow and HRIS platforms. You will handle onboarding, benefits questions, payroll inquiries, and data updates across the employee lifecycle.

You will support HR Centers of Excellence, execute standardized workflows, and maintain accurate records to ensure a high-quality employee experience. 1–2 years in HR or a related role is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR, customer service, or administrative experience
• Familiarity with HRIS or ticketing systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries via ServiceNow, email, phone, or HR portal
• Process onboarding, offboarding, job changes, promotions, transfers, and data updates
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and ensure data integrity across systems
• Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations teams
• Generate recurring and ad hoc reports and assist with compliance documentation
• Escalate complex, sensitive, or escalated cases to Tier 2 or COE partners
