Job summary

National Vision is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator - Shared Services in Lawrenceville, GA. This full-time role handles daily SERVE cases, chats, and phone inquiries for People Team questions from our retail population.

You will work with the Shared Services team on projects, maintain Tier 1 knowledge articles, and help test new services while guiding Tier 1 agents in best processing practices. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably UKG.

Responsibilities

• Provides first level support for all company associates via the SERVE ticketing system.
• Supports via SERVE Chat and phone.
• Responds to cases with urgency, minimizing transfers when possible.
• Uses Tier 1 knowledge articles to guide associates in a calm, welcoming manner.
• Collaborates with Tier 1 Agent Lead and Shared Services Manager on People Team projects.
• Updates and manages Tier 1 knowledge articles; suggests improvements as needed.
• Assists with testing new services and guiding Tier 1 agents on best practices.
• Provides backup support to the Shared Services team as needed.
