Community Health Choice, Inc., an affiliate of Harris Health, seeks an HR Shared Services Specialist to deliver high-volume HR support across the employee lifecycle using ServiceNow, UKG, and PeopleSoft. You will partner with COEs and HR partners to execute transactional processes and maintain data integrity across systems.

Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding, job changes, compensation updates, and reporting.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years HR, customer service, or administrative experience.
• Experience in HR Shared Services and familiarity with HR processes and employee lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as 1st point of contact for HR inquiries via ServiceNow, email, phone, or HR portal.
• Process HR transactions across the employee lifecycle with data integrity.
• Provide administrative support to HR teams and coordinate onboarding I-9 and pre-employment docs.
• Generate recurring/ad hoc reports and supporting audit/compliance documentation.
• Support continuous improvement in HR processes and self-service tool adoption.
