Vaco, a staffing partner, is seeking an HR Support Representative to assist employees with a variety of HR questions in a fast-paced, on-site role in Birmingham, AL. This position emphasizes service-minded communication and dependable, accurate support.

As the main point of contact for inquiries, you will respond to questions about policies, benefits, payroll, and processes, document interactions, escalate complex issues, and collaborate with HR, payroll and benefits teams to ensure timely

• Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or HR support context.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable navigating computer systems and documenting information during calls.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow established processes.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Respond to incoming calls and employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, payroll, and other HR topics.
• Provide accurate information and guidance while maintaining a positive, professional customer service experience.
• Document employee interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the appropriate systems.
• Research and resolve routine employee questions, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate HR department when necessary.
• Assist employees with HR processes, forms, system access, and general employment-related requests.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
• Follow established procedures, service standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, benefits, and other internal teams to ensure employee needs are addressed efficiently.
