Vaco by Highspring is seeking an HR Support Representative to assist employees with a variety of HR-related questions in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Birmingham, AL. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries and will document interactions in our systems to ensure accurate, timely responses.

The ideal candidate brings experience in customer service or call center settings, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, administrative support, or human resources preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable navigating computer systems and documenting information during calls.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow established processes.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsabilités

• Respond to incoming calls and employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, payroll, and other HR-related topics.
• Provide accurate information and guidance while maintaining a positive, professional customer service experience.
• Document employee interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the appropriate systems.
• Research and resolve routine employee questions, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate HR department when necessary.
• Assist employees with HR processes, forms, system access, and general employment-related requests.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
• Follow established procedures, service standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, benefits, and other internal teams to ensure employee needs are addressed efficiently.
