Based in Liberty Park, AL, the successful candidate will collaborate with HR and payroll teams to resolve inquiries, document interactions, and help employees navigate HR systems and forms.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in HR, customer service, administrative support, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Comfortable working with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer-based tools.
• Ability to manage multiple questions and requests while maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, leave, and other employee services.
• Research and resolve employee questions and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Document employee interactions, requests, and resolutions within HR systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate HR team or specialist.
• Assist employees with navigating HR systems, forms, and self-service resources.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and follow company policies and procedures.
• Partner with HR, payroll, benefits, and other internal teams to resolve employee concerns.
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve HR processes and the employee experience.
