Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of customer service or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls, emails, and requests.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• CRM software experience is a plus.
• Ability to problem-solve and remain professional in challenging situations.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide timely and accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and account questions.
• Assist customers with placing, updating, and tracking orders.
• Research and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service-related issues.
• Maintain accurate customer information and documentation within internal systems.
• Process order changes, returns, credits, and other customer requests as needed.
• Follow up with customers to ensure questions and concerns are resolved.
• Partner with internal departments to resolve customer issues and provide timely updates.
• Build positive relationships with customers through professional and responsive communication.
• Identify and elevate more complex customer concerns when appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Meet established customer service, quality, and productivity expectations.
• Assist with additional administrative and customer support responsibilities as needed.
