You will collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate processing of transactions, maintain HR records, and deliver professional service while upholding confidentiality and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of administrative or customer services experience.
• Human Resources experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of Human Resources experience required.
• Strong experience with Workday.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills.
• Understands confidentiality, communication and customer service.
• Documentation and Updating HR Records.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time, accurate responses to inquiries regarding HR issues, policies, procedures and processes.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, supports HR cyclical processes and compliance considerations.
• Collaborate with HR team to ensure accurate processing of employee transactions.
• Deliver service in a professional and efficient manner, providing prompt assistance while managing expectations to achieve high levels of consumer satisfaction.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and records for HR-related cases.
