Job summary

Sentara Health in Columbia, SC seeks an HR Representative to deliver real-time, accurate responses to colleague inquiries on HR issues, policies, and processes. You will assist onboarding and offboarding, support HR cycles, and help ensure compliant, timely employee data processing.

You will collaborate with the HR team to maintain records, respond to inquiries professionally, and contribute to high customer satisfaction through clear communication and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• 1 year of administrative or customer services experience (Required)
• Human Resources experience (Preferred)
• 1 year of Human Resources experience required
• Strong experience with Workday
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Understands confidentiality, communication and customer service
• Documentation and Updating HR Records

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time responses to inquiries regarding general HR-related issues, policies, procedures and processes.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, supports HR cyclical processes and compliance considerations.
• Collaborates with HR team to ensure accurate and efficient processing of employee transactions.
