Job summary

Oklahoma City Community College is seeking a Human Resources Student Assistant to support daily HR operations on site in Oklahoma City. You'll assist customers with HR service needs, answer phones, process onboarding paperwork, and help scan and file personnel records while supporting HR staff as requested.

Current OCCC students enrolled in required hours or with a federal work study award are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in an organized manner.
• Positive communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team member and interact with customers in a positive manner.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) or similar software programs.
• Accurate spelling and filing skills.
