Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, finance, HR or related field with commercial focus.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing strategies that drive business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights using tools like Workday, Power BI or Tableau, Nielsen/IRI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a 3-year talent and workforce plan aligned to business strategy.
• Lead annual people planning cycles, secure executive alignment, and translate strategy into a 1-year roadmap.
• Act as a trusted advisor to BU leaders, turning people strategy into measurable business impact.
• Drive COE programs and cross-functional execution with risk management and stakeholder management.
• Provide strategic guidance on talent management and develop strategies to attract and develop top marketing talent.
