Qualifications

• Full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in manufacturing/operations.
• Experience recruiting across multiple sites or business units.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle across assigned manufacturing business units and plants.
• Partner with HR and Operations to develop recruiting strategies aligned with workforce planning.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for hourly manufacturing, skilled trades, and operations roles.
• Advise hiring managers with labor market insights, recruiting recommendations, and interview best practices.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and report on hiring performance, pipeline health, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Employer Brand to support targeted recruiting campaigns and events.
• Coordinate with internal and external recruiting partners to ensure a strong candidate experience.
• Support strategic talent initiatives including technical trades, military recruiting, and workforce development programs.
