The Associate Manager focuses on data-driven talent insights, program execution, and stakeholder collaboration to align people initiatives with business priorities and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-5 years HR experience with talent management exposure.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling for leadership audiences.
- Experience creating executive summaries and business insights.
- Analytical ability to leverage data for recommendations and action.
Responsibilities
- Support talent planning, succession, leadership development and workforce analytics.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to drive talent reviews and career pathing.
- Identify talent gaps and coordinate action plans to strengthen capability.
- Develop and execute programs to attract, develop and retain top talent.
- Create executive-ready dashboards and briefing materials for decision-makers.
