Job summary

Kraft Heinz Company is seeking an onsite HR Business Partner Manager for Central Operations, based in Chicago at the AON Center. You will partner with leaders to design talent strategies, drive performance, and support organizational transformation.

You will champion culture, lead workforce planning, and collaborate across the People & Performance team to deliver impact. This role requires strong executive presence and a focus on results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role supporting a client group (technical-focused client groups preferred).
• Experience partnering within a shared services HR model, collaborating with COEs across all levels in a matrixed organization.
• Experience partnering with client groups on transformation and/or change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnering: advise leaders, identify gaps, design people solutions for operational excellence across plants and technical functions.
• Talent Strategies for Development & Growth: drive performance and potential discussions, coaching, and development planning; partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce needs.
• Smart Workforce Planning: assess organizational design; guide talent movement, development, and succession planning.
• Organizational Development & Transformation: lead workforce planning, OD, and transformation incl. continuous improvement and technology.
• Culture Champion: ignite Kraft Heinz culture and values; lead accelerators like MBOs and process optimization.
• Budget & Organizational Effectiveness: manage team budget, optimize costs, drive efficiency and value.
