Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance, resource alignment, and go-to-market for KHI; own P&L.
• Raise organizational understanding and adoption of KHI across Retail, AFH, Ops, and Plants.
• Build and lead high-performing teams; develop external partnerships and JBPs.
