Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company seeks a Lead, HR Manager, WHQ People & Performance in Chicago. This senior HR Business Partner will connect business strategy with execution, lead HR strategy across 230 employees in 20 countries, and advise four to eight executive leaders while directly managing two Senior Analysts.

You will own global people strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement, partnering with regional centers to drive a high‑performing culture.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive Human Resources or People & Performance experience.
• Experience supporting global or international employee populations.
• Strategic HRBP within a fast-paced, complex, matrixed corporate environment.
• Proven track record advising, coaching, and influencing executive-level leaders.
• Led talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, organizational design, or leadership development initiatives.
• Ability translating business strategy and workforce data into practical people solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global P&P strategies for ~230 employees across 20 countries.
• Advise four to eight executive-level leaders and coach leaders on workforce priorities and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead global organizational assessments and design strategies aligning structure, roles, and capabilities.
• Oversee leadership development, succession planning, and internal mobility initiatives.
• Monitor engagement, retention metrics, and employee experience to inform action plans.
• Lead two Senior Analysts and deliver data-driven HR processes and insights.
