Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking an onsite HR Business Partner Manager for Central Operations in Chicago. You will act as a strategic HR partner, leading talent development, people strategies, change management, and organizational transformation to drive performance and ownership within Central Operations.

Based in Chicago at the AON Center with a 3 days onsite expectation, you will collaborate across COEs, manage budgets, and influence culture while delivering workforce solutions and leadership coaching.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in an HR Business Partner role
• Experience partnering within a shared services HR model
• Experience leading transformation and/or change initiatives

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to leaders and design people solutions to drive operational excellence across plants and technical functions
• Lead talent development, performance discussions, coaching and development planning
• Guide workforce planning and organizational development to meet immediate and long-term business needs
• Champion culture and values, driving ownership and continuous improvement
