The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree in HR or related field and 4+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, benefits administration, employment law and compliance.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
• Partner with department leaders to identify staffing needs and determine required skills and qualifications for open positions.
• Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding programs, ensuring timely completion of all required documentation.
• Monitor, track, and maintain employee training and compliance records.
• Support administration of HR programs, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, and talent management initiatives.
• Respond to employment-related inquiries from candidates, employees, and supervisors, escalating sensitive matters as needed.
• Maintain compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Stay current on HR trends, regulatory updates, best practices, and emerging technologies in HR.
• Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned.
