Job summary

LG Energy Solution Michigan Inc. is seeking an HR Specialist I to support a broad range of HR functions in HR Planning. You will work with the HR team, business leaders and employees to implement HR programs, policies, and HRIS systems including ADP and SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities include acting as a point of contact for employees, supporting organizational changes, recruitment, onboarding, records maintenance, and employee engagement initiatives in a fast-paced Troy, MI environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant experience.
• 1 to 3+ years of HR experience.
• Experience with ADP and other HRIS products with multiple modules preferred.

• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR questions and policies.
• Assist with organizational changes, employee transfers and other transactions.
• Support maintaining employee records, HRIS updates and HR documentation.
• Support employee relations matters including employee concerns and workplace investigations.
• Support recruitment activities and onboarding process.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Summary:

As a HR Specialist I, you’ll support a broad range of Human Resources functions in HR Planning Team. The HR Specialist I will work closely with HR team, business leaders and employees to support HR needs, implement HR programs and policies. This role also requires support and upkeep of HR systems within the organization including but not limited to, HRIS, ADP, and Success Factors.
