Job summary

LG Energy Solution Michigan Inc. is seeking an HR Specialist I to support the HR Planning Team. The role involves partnering with HR, leaders, and staff to implement programs and policies, and maintaining HR systems such as HRIS, ADP, and SuccessFactors.

The position includes handling HR inquiries, employee changes, records maintenance, and recruitment activities, with opportunities for professional growth in a global company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent, relevant experience.
• 1 to 3+ years of HR-related experience.
• Experience with ADP and other HCM/HRIS products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for employees regarding HR questions and policies.
• Assist with organizational changes, employee transfers, and other transactions.
• Support maintaining employee records, HRIS updates and HR documentation.
• Support employee relations matters including employee concerns and workplace investigations.
• Support recruitment activities and onboarding process.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and corporate events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Summary:

As a HR Specialist I, you’ll support a broad range of Human Resources functions in HR Planning Team. The HR Specialist I will work closely with HR team, business leaders and employees to support HR needs, implement HR programs and policies. This role also requires support and upkeep of HR systems within the organization including but not limited to, HRIS, ADP, and Success Factors.

Responsibilities:
