Job summary

LG Energy Solution Michigan Inc. (LGESMI) is seeking an HR Specialist I to support a broad range of Human Resources functions within the HR Planning Team.

The role partners with HR colleagues, business leaders and employees to implement HR programs and policies, and to maintain HR systems including HRIS, ADP, and SuccessFactors. Responsibilities include handling HR inquiries, processing employee transfers, maintaining records, supporting employee relations, recruitment/onboarding, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience.
• 1 to 3+ years of HR experience.
• Experience with ADP and other HCM/HRIS products preferred.

Summary:

As a HR Specialist I, you’ll support a broad range of Human Resources functions in HR Planning Team. The HR Specialist I will work closely with HR team, business leaders and employees to support HR needs, implement HR programs and policies. This role also requires support and upkeep of HR systems within the organization including but not limited to, HRIS, ADP, and Success Factors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent, relevant experience
• 1 to 3+ years of related experience within HR
• Experience with ADP and other HCM/HRIS products with multiple modules preferred
