Reyn Spooner Inc. is expanding its Hawaii team and seeks an experienced talent acquisition professional to manage postings, screen resumes, and conduct interviews.

You will coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new hires, ensuring equipment, systems, and training are ready for a strong start. You will also support employee separations, maintain accurate records across ALTRES and TriNet, and contribute to retention programs and company events, while assisting with performance cycles and compliance

Qualifications

• At least one year of talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with HRIS platforms ALTRES and/or TriNet preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Oversee job postings and candidate activity; screen resumes and interview candidates.
• Coordinate full-cycle onboarding for new hires, including documents, systems, and training.
• Support employee separation processes, exit interviews, and final payments.
• Maintain employee records across ALTRES and TriNet; track policy acknowledgments and changes.
• Assist with retention initiatives and planning company events to boost engagement.
• Support performance review administration and cycle scheduling.
• Assist with HR compliance research across states.
