Job summary

SustainableHR is seeking an HR Coordinator / Recruiter for a growing property management firm in Madison, Wisconsin. You will support recruiting, onboarding, and general HR functions, building relationships with candidates and hiring managers and ensuring a positive experience for new employees.

Responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles, coordinating onboarding paperwork, leading new-hire orientation, maintaining records, and assisting with compliance and HR

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience is required.
• Experience managing multiple open positions and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Working knowledge of onboarding procedures and general HR practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates, employees, and managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for property management, maintenance, administrative, accounting, and corporate positions.
• Coordinate onboarding paperwork and lead new-hire orientation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support HR projects and compliance.
