The role emphasizes strong communication, discretion with confidential information, and end-to-end recruitment across hourly and salaried staff. Duties include manpower planning, advertising openings, screening resumes, and staff placement.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and selection processes.

• Experience updating job descriptions and conducting audits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of recruitment and selection.
• Assist with manpower planning and evaluating staffing needs.
• Coordinate internal and external job postings and agency/career fair participation.
• Screen applications and resumes; conduct reference checks.
• Staff hourly and salaried positions with timely, cost-efficient, quality candidates.
• Assist in creation of job descriptions and interviewing processes.
• Provide input for employee surveys and assist with HR projects as needed.
