You will help maintain readiness and morale while handling sensitive data with discretion. Typical duties include processing personnel actions, managing records and benefits, and coordinating assignments.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Ages 17–34.
• High school diploma or GED.
• No felonies or open legal cases.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.
• Must be in good physical health.
• Minimum scores: 100 GT and 90 CL on ASVAB.
• Eligible for Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative and personnel tasks for all ranks and roles.
• Manage soldier records, benefits, and assignments.
• Maintain confidential and sensitive personnel data.
• Ensure unit readiness through effective HR support.
