Job summary

United States Army Reserve is seeking an entry-level Human Resource Specialist. The role involves managing personnel records, administration, and support services for soldiers, with no prior experience required.

Training is provided, and personnel will contribute to soldier readiness and morale. Requirements include US citizenship or green card, ages 17–34, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to pass screenings and obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship or Green Card required.
• Ages 17–34.
• High school diploma or GED.
• No felonies or open legal cases.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.
• Must be in good physical health.
• Minimum ASVAB scores: 100 GT and 90 CL.
• Eligible for Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage soldier records, benefits, and assignments.
• Maintain confidential and sensitive personnel data.
• Ensure unit readiness through effective HR support.
