Job summary

Stitch Fix is seeking an HR Consultant to work independently and proactively, leveraging data and stakeholder input to anticipate issues and drive solutions across the employee lifecycle.

You will partner with HR partners, Recruiting, Benefits, and IT, own Tier II support for Shared Services programs, and help design compliant processes using AI tools to improve efficiency and consistency.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR experience in a people-focused or HR operations role.
• Bachelor or Associate degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps and inefficiencies across the employee lifecycle and propose standardization improvements.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Recruiting, Compensation, L&D, Legal and IT to provide process clarity.
• Own Tier II specialized support for Shared Services programs such as immigration and unemployment; maintain data integrity in Workday and other systems.
• Drive process improvements for shared services tools and systems using new technologies.
• Enhance employee self-service and automate workflows to increase efficiency.
