Job summary

Stitch Fix Inc. is seeking an HR Consultant to support an enhanced employee experience within a collaborative Shared Services environment.

You will analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements across the full lifecycle, including emerging AI technologies. The role requires 2–4 years of HR experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to own projects end-to-end while partnering with multiple internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR experience in a people-focused or HR operations role.
• Bachelor or Associate degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient with Excel, Google Suite, HRIS; quick to learn new systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps and inefficiencies across the employee lifecycle and propose standardization and improvements.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Recruiting, Compensation, L&D, Legal, and IT to clarify processes.
• Own Tier II specialized Shared Services support (immigration, unemployment) and maintain data integrity in HR systems.
