Job summary

Stitch Fix, a leader in personalized retail, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead large hourly teams in a fast-paced, data-driven setting. You will partner with operations leadership to drive daily performance, implement new processes, and embody Stitch Fix’s culture.

The role requires 4+ years in people leadership, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and comfort with AI tools. You’ll manage timekeeping, attendance, and reporting, while coaching on the floor and supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced warehouse/operational settings.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.
• Strong attention to detail with multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and trend analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work on the floor for extended periods and outside standard hours.
• Familiarity with AI tools and learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a large team of hourly employees to achieve daily operational and throughput goals.
• Own daily workforce planning and execution, using data to identify trends, address gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
• Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching to support employee growth and engagement.
• Manage timekeeping, attendance tracking, and reporting with high accuracy.
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) and operational systems to analyze performance and improve decision-making.
• Champion innovation by implementing new processes and driving efficiency improvements.
• Schedule & Availability: Tuesday–Saturday, 6:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., with hours based on business needs.
