Job summary

Stitch Fix is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead large teams of hourly staff, drive daily performance, and improve operational efficiency while upholding Stitch Fix’s culture and values. You will partner with operations leadership to deliver strong results and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of direct people leadership in a warehouse/fulfillment setting, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency with Excel/Sheets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience leading teams in a fast-paced warehouse/operational setting.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into daily execution improvements.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and trend analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on the floor 8+ hours in a hands-on leadership role.
• Flexible hours, including nights or weekends as needed.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) and learning new tech.
• Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday, 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a large team of hourly staff to meet daily targets.
• Own workforce planning and execution using data to identify trends and gaps.
• Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching for employee growth.
• Manage timekeeping, attendance, and reporting with high accuracy.
• Use AI tools and dashboards to analyze performance and inform decisions.
• Drive process improvements and advocate for efficiencies.
