Responsibilities

• Employee Experience: drive a thoughtful and effective employee experience across lifecycle from hire to retire.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies, provide standardization and improvement recommendations for the full employee lifecycle.
• Interact with employees, managers, and internal teams (HRBP, Recruiting, Compensation, L&D, Legal, IT) for process clarity.
• Own Tier II support for Shared Services programs (e.g., immigration, unemployment) and maintain data integrity in Workday.
• Identify gaps and opportunities and lead improvements for shared services tools and systems using cutting edge technologies.
• Enhance employee self‑service, drive adoption, and automate workflows for better self‑sufficiency.
• Metrics Reporting: administer FreshService ticketing systems and related tools.

About the Role

The HR Shared Services team is looking for a creative, resourceful, and organized HR Consultant to support a thoughtful and effective employee experience. You will provide analytical support and operational oversight within a shared services environment, handling a variety of complex functions related to HR and the full employee lifecycle. You will analyze data, develop insights, troubleshoot issues, participate in special projects and drive process improvement initiatives within the Shared Services function, including emerging AI technologies.

The HR Consultant will have a strong ability to work independently and proactively, leveraging critical thinking, anecdotes from relevant internal stakeholders, and data to anticipate potential issues and support solutions before they arise. In addition, the Consultant will consistently drive work forward autonomously, demonstrating strong initiative and ownership. Innovation is also a key component of success in this role, as we will look to you to proactively suggest improvements and drive process enhancements, whether based on your day-to-day work or identified through cross-functional collaboration.
