As we build the future of personalized shopping, we’re equally committed to building yours. We believe in investing in our team as much as our technology. Join us to be a trendsetter in the industry and help us redefine what’s possible for our clients, while we help you reach your full potential.

About The Role

As a Lead Integration Engineer on the Business Systems Engineering team, you will collaborate with cross functional teams to understand requirements and synthesize them to build & enhance globally scalable solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in integration architecture and is responsible for identifying issues, building & testing integrations, and administering Workday and other People platforms. You will wear multiple hats; modifying business processes, complex reporting, and providing end-user support.

  • Build the future of People Tech: Build scalable, AI-ready solutions that automate end-to-end HR processes and unlock new capabilities. Establish and evolve automation and Gen AI frameworks purpose-built for the employee experience.
  • Deliver technical excellence: Define system boundaries, data flows, and integration standards and design reviews. Establish integration patterns, reusable code libraries, and architectural standards; implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for all HRIS systems.
  • Build scalable integrations: Design event-driven integration patterns, RESTful/SOAP APIs, and data pipelines connecting HRIS Systems across our technology ecosystem; leveraging your skills in Studio, Cloud Connect, EIB, iLoad, Conversion, Core Connectors, XSLT, RaaS, and Web Services.
  • Ensure security & compliance: Build secure architectures using OAuth 2.0, encryption, and maintain SOX compliance across all integrations.
  • Drive impact & Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate business pain points into technical roadmaps that support our multi-year vision. Support a technology enablement roadmap, inclusive of Workday and other HR applications.
  • Execute enhancements and upgrades for our ecosystem of People Technology, processes and systems, including Workday HCM, Prism, Greenhouse ATS, Onboarding, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Talent Management.
About You
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Have 5+ years of experience integrating global HCM solutions, with demonstrated understanding of People and HR Data and automation
  • Possess technical familiarity of HRIS modules (HCM, Advanced Comp, Benefits, Talent) preferably with systems like Workday, Greenhouse, ADP and BI and analytics tools (Looker, Tableau or similar)
  • Think strategically: You configure entire flows to connect complex business objectives with the right blend of technology.
  • Grasp modern security: You are fluent in OAuth 2.0 and API security models to ensure every solution is compliant and robust. You have a deep understanding of security configuration with object management systems like Role Based security, User Based security, Job based security, Intersection and Segment based Security groups
  • Own the outcome: You demonstrate strong project management and delivery skills, independently prioritizing tasks, competing initiatives, and navigating ambiguity to deliver high-impact results.
  • Collaborate effectively: You excel at facilitating requirements & design discussions and presenting and aligning diverse stakeholders on complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences. You have excellent verbal and written communications, strong analytical skills, and strict attention to detail. You demonstrate drive and strong commitment to timely deliverables, as well as lead multiple and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
Why you'll love working at Stitch Fix...
