Job summary

Stitch Fix is seeking a Lead Integration Engineer for the Business Systems Engineering team. You will build and enhance globally scalable HR integrations, administer Workday and other People platforms, and provide end-user support.

You will design secure, event-driven integrations, define data flows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical roadmaps. Experience with Workday, Greenhouse, and ADP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience integrating global HCM solutions.
• Familiarity with HRIS modules (HCM, Benefits, Talent) and BI/tools.
• Strategic thinking: connect business objectives with technology.
• Strong security knowledge: OAuth 2.0 and API security models.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable, AI-ready HR integrations and automate HR processes.
• Define integration standards, data flows, and monitoring across HRIS systems.
• Design event-driven integrations using RESTful/SOAP APIs and data pipelines.
• Ensure security and SOX compliance across integrations.
• Collaborate with leaders to translate needs into technical roadmaps and deliverables.
• Support Workday and other HR applications with enhancements and upgrades.
