• Experience in HR Shared Services and employee lifecycle support.
• Ability to analyze data, develop insights and drive process improvements, including AI technologies.
• Independent, proactive, data‑driven problem solvers who can collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Employee Experience: drive a thoughtful and effective employee experience across lifecycle from hire to retire.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies, provide standardization and improvement recommendations for the full employee lifecycle.
• Interact with employees, managers, and internal teams (HRBP, Recruiting, Compensation, L&D, Legal, IT) for process clarity.
• Own Tier II support for Shared Services programs (e.g., immigration, unemployment) and maintain data integrity in Workday.
• Identify gaps and opportunities and lead improvements for shared services tools and systems using cutting edge technologies.
• Enhance employee self‑service, drive adoption, and automate workflows for better self‑sufficiency.
• Metrics Reporting: administer FreshService ticketing systems and related tools.
