Job summary

Healthcare IT Leaders seeks a Manager of HR Shared Services to lead a team delivering centralized HR support across the enterprise. The role emphasizes preboarding, case management, and end-to-end employee lifecycle support while ensuring quality, SLAs, and enterprise standardization.

This hybrid, contract position starts immediately and will extend for 24+ months, with a focus on continuous improvement of processes, tools, and the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience with Shared Services or centralized delivery.
• Proven people leadership experience.
• Knowledge of HR lifecycle processes and service delivery models.
• Experience with HRIS and case management tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop HR Representatives in the Shared Services team.
• Oversee preboarding, transfers, and end-to-end employee lifecycle support.
• Manage quality standards, service levels, and metrics.
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement across tools and processes.
