Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR operations experience with health/welfare programs.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, regulations, and data management.
• Experience handling complex cross-functional cases and benefits inquiries.
• HRIS knowledge (Workday preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including pre-boarding, onboarding and offboarding.
• Serve as SME for HRSS governance, knowledge base, and service catalog.
• Lead escalation and root cause analysis to reduce escalations and improve efficiency.
• Partner with COEs, Payroll, Benefits and HR to ensure compliance and service quality.
