Job summary

Community Health Choice, Inc. in Houston seeks a detail-oriented HR Shared Services Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and vendors, delivering high-volume transactional HR support through ServiceNow and HRIS platforms.

You will support Centers of Excellence, maintain data integrity, and escalate complex cases to Tier 2 or COEs, ensuring timely responses and compliant processes across onboarding, offboarding, and changes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of HR, customer service, or administrative experience.
• Experience in HR Shared Services and familiarity with HR processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Outlook and Teams; HRIS or ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries via ServiceNow, email, phone, or HR portal.
• Respond to questions related to benefits, payroll, policies, compensation, and verifications.
• Resolve standard inquiries using knowledge articles and SOPs.
• Route complex or escalated cases to Tier 2 or COE partners.
• Maintain SLA adherence for response and resolution times.
• Process onboarding, onboarding, offboarding, job changes, promotions, and data updates.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition.
• Generate reports and support audits and compliance documentation.

Education
