Job summary

SCAN is seeking an HR Services Manager to lead a team delivering centralized, diversified HR services in a shared services environment. You will guide managers and employees on benefits, compensation, payroll, organizational development, workforce planning, training, and performance management.

You will ensure policy adherence, set goals, monitor performance, and drive process improvements. A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years HR/shared services experience with 2–3 years of leadership are required;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of related HR and Shared Services experience.
• 2–3 years of leadership experience.
• Excellent customer/employee service skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the work of a team that provides consultative guidance to managers and employees on benefits, compensation, payroll, organizational development, workforce or succession planning, training, and performance management.
• Ensures that policies applied by each business unit comply with organization policies and procedures.
• Develops goals, tracks performance against key indicators, and develops and implements process improvements.
